Richelle and Drake were married at high noon on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Meridian, Idaho.  They had a small, intimate ceremony were a few close friends and family members.  They also shared the "Center at the Park" space with a holiday bazaar so there was much going on around them!   Santa was even there!

Shelly and Brian were married on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon at theur lakeside home in Cascade, Idaho.  Shelly's dad proudly presented Shelly to Brian, and the ceremony started.  Immediately after the ceremony, the celebration began with food, drinks, friendship, and fun!

Kyle and Ashley were married on a sunny Saturday afternoon at Sunflower Lane Wedding Venue in Canyon County, Idaho.  Their three year old son, Bryden, escort his mom down the aisle, to his waiting father.  

The couple's love story started five years ago when they met at Beef O'Brady's in Meridian.  They dated and knew from the beginning they had a special bond.  They sealed their vows before a close knit group of friends and family.  A special shout out to Kyle's parents, Gary and Nancy, who helped the couple plan and create a beautiful wedding they will cherish forever.

 

Michael & Katie | June 23, 2018

Michael James and Kathryn Lynn were married on Saturday, June 23, 2018, on the water banks of their favorite camp site in the mountains north of Boise, Idaho.  I had the honor of officiating the ceremony in the company of their 2 huskies, friends and family members. 

Katie is the daughter of Mike and Anita, and works at the family business, SuperGreenSolutions in Boise.  Michael works for DeBest Plumbing and travels throughout southern Idaho for his job.

The couple met while attending school in Virginia about 10 years ago.  They've been friends for many years, and have dated the last several years.  They knew it was meant to be, Michael proposed and Katie said yes!

Mitchel & Aubrey | May 20, 2018

Aubrey and Mitchel were married in a beautiful ceremony on a spring Sunday afternoon at the Water's Edge Event Center in Eagle, Idaho.  Their parents, Eska and Michael, Rodney and Shelly, and Karen, along with their families and friends, were on hand to celebrate as the couple exchanged their wedding vows.  

Aubrey and Mitchel met about 2 1/2 years ago.  Aubrey was traveling, and her car broke down in Horseshoe Bend.  She was stranded, and need someone to repair her broken car.  Mitchel, being the ace mechanic he is, was called and fixed her car so Aubrey could continue on her journey.   But, the journey didn't end there, actually, it was the beginning of a journey to their friendship, falling in love, and today, marriage!

Glenn & Michelle | May 19, 2018

Glenn and Michelle were married in small, intimate ceremony at Christ Chapel, on the grounds of Boise State University, Boise, Idaho.  It was a warm, sunny, Saturday afternoon when the couple joined hands and walked together down the aisle to proclaim their love and vows to one another.

Glenn and Michelle met and instantly felt a connection.  Glenn and Michelle both work in health care, and the chemistry they had together was felt almost as soon as their first date.  They clicked, and they knew they were meant to be together.

Brent and Denise | 25 Year Marriage Vow Renewal

What an honor for me to perform the vow renewal ceremony for my dear friend Denise and her husband Brent.  Denise and I have been friends since we were 16 so this was an extra special event for me.  

When Denise and I met for breakfast earlier this summer (wait, it just one month ago), we talked about their upcoming silver wedding anniversary as well as their recent move to their beautiful brand spanking new home in NW Meridian.  By the time we wrapped up coffee and breakfast, we were planning and organizing a (surprise) vow renewal ceremony AND house warming party!  Fast track - the landscaper was called, Goodwood BBQ was ordered, and invitations went to a small group of their family and friends.  

The celebration was a huge success because Denise and Brent are wonderful people, caring, giving and happy to be together.  Thank you for letting me be a part of your love story.

Paul and Kay | 50 Year Wedding Anniversary and Vow Renewal 1967 - 2017

Paul and Kay Vallerie were married on August 19, 1967 in Stanford, Montana. On Saturday, August 19, 2017, they celebrated 50 years of marriage at a celebration hosted by their daughter, Tonya Friedman, her husband Doug, and granddaughter, Julianna. Friends and family joined the couple in the Affinity Clubhouse in Boise.

I had the pleasure of officiating their surprise wedding vow renewal. Paul was escorted by Julianna, and Kay was escorted down the aisle by Doug. The couple knew there was a golden wedding anniversary celebration, but the vow renewal was a complete surprise orchestrated by their daughter Tonya and myself. It was a teary, emotional, and beautiful ceremony, and afterwards, a celebration was held with music, food and bubbly. I had the honor of officiating the wedding of Doug and Tonya a few years ago and was over the moon happy they asked me to officiate her parents golden anniversary vow renewal.

Congratulations to an amazing couple, and their 50 years of marriage!
